Managing 2 to 50 venues? BipOrder is built for multi-venue from the start — including mixed groups (a fast-food plus a bistrot, for example).

1. One account, multiple restaurants

Never create multiple BipOrder accounts to manage multiple venues: everything sits under the same owner account. Go to Settings > Restaurants > "+ Add a restaurant" and configure the new venue (name, address, hours, VAT).

If you've already created a second account by mistake: contact support, we merge with no data loss. Better to do it early.

2. Per-venue permissions

Each user (server, chef, manager, accountant) can be restricted to one or several venues:

  • Site 1 manager: full access to restaurant 1, read-only on 2.
  • Group accountant: read + accounting export on all sites.
  • Site 2 head chef: KDS and stock for site 2 only.
  • Owner: everything, everywhere.

3. Menu: shared or per-venue

Two approaches depending on your group:

Shared menu (chain / franchise)

You define ONE master menu, applied to all sites. Per-site availability (the special burger only exists in Lyon), per-site pricing (Paris +EUR 0.50 on all dishes). The chain model.

Independent menus (mixed groups)

Each restaurant runs its own menu, branding and hours. The model for a group that owns a bistro, a pizzeria and a wine bar — three separate identities.

4. Consolidated reports

In Reports > Group view, see by site: revenue, average ticket, footfall, margin, ratios. Filters by period, by mode (dine-in / delivery / click & collect). Excel/CSV export for your accountant.

5. Stripe and billing

You can link one Stripe account per site (if separate legal entities) or a single Stripe for the group. BipOrder adapts. On the BipOrder subscription side, you pay per site but with a chain discount beyond 3 restaurants — contact us for the chain rate.

6. Quick switcher

Top-right of the back office, a selector switches venues in 1 click. For chains, this is crucial: your managers don't waste time logging in and out.
