Terms of Sale

Applicable to all BipOrder services

Article 1 — Seller Identification

These Terms of Sale are entered into between:

BipOrder LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in New Mexico (United States), with its registered office located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States,

hereinafter referred to as "BipOrder" or "the Seller",

and any individual or legal entity purchasing the services, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

Article 2 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute arising from their execution or interpretation shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of New Mexico, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence apply.

Article 3 — Services

BipOrder provides a SaaS restaurant management platform (QR-code table ordering, reservations, delivery, kiosk, KDS, website, etc.) accessible via monthly or annual subscription.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, excluding applicable taxes. Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and added at payment based on the Customer's billing country.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made by credit card through our payment provider Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing cycle. The Customer may cancel at any time from their admin dashboard.

Article 6 — Trial Period and Cancellation

BipOrder offers a 30-day free trial with no commitment. The Customer may cancel at any time. No pro-rated refund is issued for ongoing periods, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
