Plans, add-ons, fee-free cancellation, invoice downloads, plan changes. Answers to the most frequent questions.

BipOrder is a no-commitment SaaS, billed monthly. Here are answers to the questions we get most often about billing.

What plans are available?

  • Starter — €0/month. Read-only QR menu. To test without online ordering.
  • Essential — €59/month. QR table ordering, Stripe payments, reports.
  • Pro — €99/month. Adds KDS, reservations, server app, split payment.
  • Ultimate — €149/month. Self-order kiosk, in-house delivery, HACCP, POS integrations, API.
  • Digital — €99/month. Website + mobile app + online ordering (no dine-in).

All paid plans come with a 30-day free trial (no credit card required at signup).

How much do add-ons cost?

  • Reservation reminder SMS — €0.08 / SMS sent
  • WhatsApp ordering bot — €19/month
  • Unlimited photo storage — included
  • Multi-restaurant (chains) — see chain pricing

Add-ons can be toggled on and off any time, prorated billing.

How do I change plan?

Settings > Subscription > "Change plan". Pick the new plan, confirm. Upgrade is immediate, downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle. No data loss.

If you downgrade to a plan that doesn't include a module you use (e.g. KDS on Essential), the module deactivates at cycle end, but your data stays in the database in case you upgrade again.

How do I cancel?

Settings > Subscription > "Cancel". No fee, no notice. You keep access until the end of the already-paid cycle. Your data stays for 90 days for reactivation, then is permanently deleted (GDPR).

Where do I find my invoices?

Settings > Subscription > Invoices. You'll find all PDF invoices there, downloadable. You also receive each invoice by email automatically on debit.

What payment methods?

  • Visa, Mastercard, Amex
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • SEPA direct debit (on request)
  • Bank transfer (annual only, ≥ 12 months)

What happens with a failed payment?

Stripe automatically retries your card 3 times over 10 days. On the 4th failure, your account goes to "Suspended": the QR menu keeps displaying (so as not to break your service), but online ordering is disabled. Add a new card and everything resumes.

VAT and invoicing

BipOrder issues invoices compliant with French and EU regulations. With a valid intra-EU VAT number, you benefit from reverse charge (0% VAT). Set it in Settings > Company.
