Activating delivery (aggregators and in-house)

Delivery aggregator hookup, in-house drivers with dedicated app, delivery zones, fees and pricing.

BipOrder handles three delivery channels: delivery aggregators, in-house drivers (your own scooter riders), and click & collect (in-store pickup). Everything is centralised in the same back office.

1. Connect a delivery aggregator

BipOrder is a technical partner of the main aggregators. To connect:

  1. Settings > Integrations > Select your aggregator > "Connect"
  2. You're redirected to the aggregator to authorise access
  3. Select your restaurant(s)
  4. BipOrder syncs the aggregator menu with your BipOrder menu

Once connected: each order lands in your KDS, dashboard and POS. No more separate tablet per aggregator.

The aggregator applies its own commission. BipOrder takes no extra cut — the connection is purely technical.

2. In-house delivery (your drivers)

Here's where BipOrder saves you money: equip your own drivers with the BipFlash app (formerly Driver). Zero commission, you keep 100% of the basket.

Configure your delivery zones

In Delivery > Zones, draw your zones on the map (custom polygon or radius in km around your address). For each zone:

  • Delivery fee (fixed or based on amount)
  • Minimum order
  • Estimated delivery time
  • Active days and hours

Recruit your drivers

In Delivery > Drivers, add a driver (name, phone, email). They receive an email to download the BipFlash Driver app and log in. They clock in, BipOrder assigns orders in real time.

Real-time customer tracking

The customer receives a live tracking link: they see their driver on the map, ETA, and get a notification when they're at the door. Drastically cuts down on "where's my order?" calls.

3. Click & Collect (pickup)

Available on all paid plans. The customer orders and pays online, picks a pickup slot, comes in to collect. No commission. Ideal for fast-casual and bakeries.

4. Hybrid modes

You can activate several channels in parallel: QR on-site + aggregators + in-house drivers for the nearby zone. The customer chooses their mode at order time, and BipOrder automatically splits the flows.

Winning strategy: leave the aggregators for the distant zone (you couldn't deliver profitably), keep your own drivers for the < 3 km zone (zero commission, quality control).

Tracking and reports

In Reports > Delivery, track by channel: number of orders, average ticket, delivery time, no-show, satisfaction rate. All CSV-exportable.
