Method: what the customer paid is the amount paid out to you plus the offers you funded, since those had already been deducted from your settlements. Food and wages are calculated on the revenue you entered, as in your own P&L: the cost of the free dishes is already included in it. The share of orders served directly is the assumption you entered — we guarantee none.
