Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your BipOrder account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to proceed, what data is deleted and what data may be retained for legal reasons.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to contact@biporder.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Subject line: "Account deletion request".
  3. Include the name of your restaurant or business in the body of the message.
  4. Our team will respond within 7 business days to confirm the deletion.

Deleted data

  • Your user account (email, name, password)
  • Your restaurant information (name, address, logo, photos)
  • Your digital menu (categories, dishes, options, prices)
  • Your saved reservations
  • Your settings and preferences
  • Push notification identifiers from your devices

Some data may be retained for legal reasons:

  • Financial transaction history (10 years, French accounting obligation)
  • Issued invoices (10 years, French accounting obligation)
  • Anonymized technical logs (12 months, for security purposes)

Deletion timeline

Your account deletion will be effective within 7 business days of confirmation. Backups may contain your data for an additional 30 days before being permanently overwritten.
